I came across tis meaningful words which gave me the "oohmsss" to wat is evolving around me…while injecting positive thinking brain cells into my head…which suddenly reminds me of "Zombie" by the Cranberries…

However, there is a fren of mine who recently took a self development course told me that for every single thing that is happening around me is caused by myself n that i should blame myself…not to say really blame, but to think bout it clearly that whether tis is the life that i want. There should be a root that leads to the growth of a tree, so there should be a reason that i fear onced, and afraid that it will repeat again, which in turn causing swinging moods, being inconsiderate, depression, insecure, low self esteem, lost of trust..etc..i have changed…probably…whether for bad or worse..i do not know..i couldnt bear to think anymore..wat can i do to erase all the dark memories that is affecting my mood and thinking.
